Please note that my schedule fills very fast! So pre-booking all appointments 4-6 weeks in advance is recommended.

I value your time and ask that you please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are a new client please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time for new client forms. Please do not bring children to your appointment. If you are under 18 you must have a parent sign the consent for treatment for any service.
